We offer a 7-day return policy for our mechanical keyboards and accessories, ensuring you have the perfect typing experience. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at support@keychron.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the product in its original box with all cables and keycap pullers, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
